Helping Aviva to spread an industry message as well as highlight a customer story
Sometimes companies need to bring messages to customers about how the industry is performing and highlight what they are doing to improve or change it. In this case study we heard from an Aviva customer that had suffered a false injury claim against her and how Aviva helped. To capture the full story, we visited the customer in Leeds, as well as travelling to Bishopbriggs in Scotland to hear from the solicitor, barrister and claims handler.
