Aviva – A Claims Case Study

Through our continued relationship with Aviva we are lucky to film a variety of stories.  They decided that a great way to showcase their excellent handling of various types of claims would be to hear from the people who have needed to call on their expertise.

On 9 December 2013 PFK Lings’ flagship dealership, located on a six acre complex in Lowestoft, Suffolk was devastated by a tidal surge. How did they recover? Find out in the customer’s own words, plus those of the Aviva staff who were involved, and hear how they got back on their feet.

Direct Debt Advice – Introduction Web Video

Web-Based Introduction Video

Direct Debt Advice

Three weeks ago, I had the pleasure of visiting the call centre of Direct Debt Advice in the centre of Norwich. I have worked with this company several times in the past, and they were after a selection of interviews with various staff members. On this video production, Apricot Films simply provided filming and creative direction, a member of their own team edited the raw footage we provided.

The video is designed to introduce the company to new visitors and increase the number of conversions from their site.

When completed in the summer, the centre will include a multi-purpose hall seating 185, artists’ studios, a cafe and outdoor terrace.

Apricot Films was there to film it all for Kier, Price & Meyers, White Arkitekter, Sprunt, GPS Marine & Southend Borough Council
