St Edmunds Society – Norwich charity video

Norwich promotional charity video

St Edmunds Society  is a Norwich based homelessness charity that has run for 48 years, in 2008 they started providing skills training to young people to help deal with with the root causes of homelessness.  This centre quickly grew with referrals from around the county.

In July 2013, they took on a new base at Oak Street, Norwich.  This film explains the key goals of the charity and the build of their new home.

A promotional video such as this will help get their core messages across to future investors as well as document all the work that went in to achieving the project.

St Edmunds Society were really pleased with the video they have received;

[testimonial_set] [testimonial client=”Lorraine Bliss – St Edmunds Society”]Having researched the internet for the services of a videographer I stumbled across Apricot Productions and how glad was I?! [/testimonial] [testimonial client=”Lorraine Bliss – St Edmunds Society”]Rowan had infinite patience and made the entire filming process, which took several weeks great fun and produced a truly amazing professional film at the end of it. The prices was very competitive too! [/testimonial] [/testimonial_set]

Since producing the film was produced we were able to document the opening of the centre and were invited along to a special charity event at The Norfolk Showground to promote the SLEEPOUT charity of which St Edmunds are a partner, take a look at the films below;

The Thinking Men – Local Band music videos

One thing that’s really great about the work we do here at Apricot Films is the variety!  From our work with large companies producing high quality corporate films, helping charities promote themselves through online video to producing music videos for local bands.

One thing that carries through all these different videos is our creativity and passion for each project.  We were recently brought in to produce several music videos for local Norwich band The Thinking Men.

We combined a recording session at Old School Studios with a fantastic live performance at The Waterfront, Norwich.  Working closely with the band we edited the footage together for several music videos showcasing their unique talents, and it was shortly afterwards that the band went on to be awarded the Future Radio Next Big Thing 2013 award and are booking tour dates around the country and producing great new material.

We’re really proud of the work and hope to work with the group again in the future.
